I’m so fortunate to have found this Company and its Sales Professional, William (Bill) J.. I attempted to contact a few other supposedly door parts suppliers but William @ Automatic Door and Hardware was the only one that took the time for my request and helped me find what I needed. Shipping Hook, play me for extra cost?
You claim to ship Fast. Yet the web site says 7-10 days unless I pay for 2-3 day shipping? Which is it? Do you ship fast or not? Why the play for extra shipping cost. You seem to want it both ways! Working way toooo hard to confuse your customer. Mixed messaging? HINT: If you have it in stock = ship it! If not please state that. Is being honest really this hard?
