I ordered this handle and hardware to fix a door going into the sanctuary of our church. This was what was originally on the door. We received the order within a reasonable time. I installed it today and it works perfectly. The only issue I had at all was that the gold color on the church door was shiny and this was a dull or mat finish. No other issues. I will certainly use the company again and recommend it to others. Thank you! Robert
