I experienced difficulty with my online order, but a sales rep immediately responded to my email requesting help. He then patiently worked with me until all was resolved. He offered insight into product differences and helped me find the best product for my need.

I am very disappointed that we ordered parts from this company that turned out to be damaged and now they are requiring us to pay $350 to have the replacements overnighted to us. I will not use this company again.

The most important issue is you do not provide a phone number to speak with someone verbally. The 2nd issue is I needed to fix my order, it was a simple finish error when I ordered and I received ABSOLUTELY no response by email from the 2 email addresses I had so my order was closed and it couldn’t be corrected. That is terrible customer service. I admit I made the error but a simple one that easily could have been corrected if I could have spoken with someone!

This is the second time I've ordered this device from Automatic Door and Hardware. I had no problems with the first order. Everything worked perfectly, it was delivered a promised and the price was good.

I went to order a 4x8 door and was sent a 4x7 frame instead. Mistakes do happen so I emailed to see how to send this mistake back and was told that this was not possible as they were made to order and that a refund was not possible. This is terrible business and does not show any customer service at all. The link I clicked on to order was for a 4x8 door. The mistake was on the company’s end and I am not allowed a refund ? Really !?!

The website is very easy to navigate and I appreciated the %5 off coupon for being a new customer. Will post another review when we receive our order.

I didn't know what i needed or what it was called. The customer service was great. The helped me through determining my needs and getting to the right product. Fast and friendly came within days. Love the company!

I have a 16 yr old automatic door system and they were able to help me find the part that i needed. They were patient and didn't rush me. They replied very quickly to my emails faster than some other company's that take days to answer back.

This company is garbage. Worst customer service I've seen with anything I've purchased in 30 years. I can't believe they can stay in business. I'd highly recommend you purchase your products from anywhere but here. New product, unopened, unused and unable to return it because it didn’t match the exact components of the door with issues. Having a policy is one thing but being unreasonable when you have the ability to do the right thing is another. I’ll gladly steer clear of your company on all our commercial properties!
