I spent way too much of my time and of your sales team time pinning down the exact product I was looking for. William J. Was very helpful but a simple phone call could have save us both an hour. Also when trying to match an existing item, it would have been helpful to have a serial number on the product.

I stumbled upon this company while searching for some parts for an automatic window. I am impressed with the amount of parts that they carry and actually have in stock. As other customers have said they are slightly pricey BUT they have it in stock and ship quickly. For those reasons I am willing to pay the extra.
