Lovely sofas and great service as always by the team at John Doe . Ian helped with the selection of my sofas and kept my up to date with expectations on delivery . Simon and Scott are both great delivery guys and handled my new pieces with care and assembled them professionally and they als ran through everything with me, including care of the sofas . John Doe's is usually, my first port of call, simply because the quality of goods, and fantastic service we always get. Look after the staff, they look after your customers.

Polite, very informative , knowledgeable and if Simon didn’t have the answers he would find out the answer even after delivery.

Simon and Scott carefully brought in and assembled our new furniture. Although the mirror was inadvertently left on the vehicle I will still give them 5 stars as they were very efficient in everything they did. Phone re the mirror, the next day one of the team delivered the mirror within 20 mins of my call, could not ask for better service really nice guy thank you 🙂 would always recommend this company for fantastic customer service and a great shopping experience
