Great experience from John Doe. The whole team have been friendly and professional. The fitting team arrived promptly and just got on with the job with little disruption. I really appreciated their flexibility too and help solving a problem to make sure the job got completed and on time. Would recommend without question.

Had not visited before. Was amazed at the size of the showroom, which is well laid out, and showcases all the furniture and other products really well. Sales lady Tina was very helpful and not pushy and provided us with good information on the sofas we were looking at. We have purchased a three piece suite, due for delivery in the next few weeks. Have been back since and purchased a fire side chair for our TV room. Quality is very good. Overall very friendly staff and good customer service.

We had our bedroom carpet fitted, on the 4.11.24, by Kyle and George who were very polite and friendly. They done a great job. Were very tidy and even hoovered the carpet before leaving. On 13.11 24 Simon and Scott delivered our bedroom furniture and again were very polite and friendly. There was an issue with one of the drawers which they are sorting out for us. We wish to thank everyone at John Doe for making our experience special. We will highly recommend your store and we will be back again soon.
