I received excellent service from Simon and Scot. They arrived in their allotted time slot , were very polite and helpful in explaining how my chair worked. It would be great if all delivery drivers were like this!

Simon and Scott have just delivered and assembled our new sofa bed. They rang with a time of arrival and arrived earlier. A small part was missing and immediately they contacted the Warehouse Manager and emailed for a replacement before leaving. Great friendly service from point of sale with Tom and delivery / assembly by Simon and Scott. Very happy customers 😊.

As always Ben was helpful and followed up and replied to questions I raised.

As usual service from Stuart and the team was excellent, we ordered a table on the last visit and it’s just been delivered as promised. They have a wide range of furnishings and we generally find what we are looking for.

John Does provide an excellent friendly service, being helpful without sales pressure. I’d like to thank all sales staff for their efforts and congratulate Jack the carpenter who was very helpful and skilled and did a brilliant job laying our new laminate flooring which looks superb. His attention to detail around radiator pipe works means you cannot see the joins, that’s a mark of a true craftsman.Highly recommended!
