We didn't get sales people keep coming up to us it was lovely just to look around.

We telephoned prior to our visit and spoke to Ben who informed us of all the wardrobes he had in stock as we urgently needed some. He was very helpful, so we made a visit to Diss and purchased 3 items after meeting Ben. He was very professional, knowledgeable and they were able to deliver my goods within 3 days. The delivery drivers placed my goods exactly where I wanted them. Excellent service. The cafe also sells lovely coffee too!

There is always a friendly welcome when you walk into the store. Staff smile at you and say hello. And they genuinely mean it. Everyone is so helpful and go out of their way to make sure that you have a good experience shopping at John Doe. There’s an amazing range of merchandise from all the top brands and some you’ve never heard of. But all top quality. It’s the only place I now go to when I need furniture, bedding, flooring, soft furnishings etc. And when you need a break there’s now a brilliant cafe. Well done to you all.
