We had JD lay over 140sqm of Karndean across the whole ground floor and Carls attention to detail over the 2 weeks he was here, made him look as if he was meditating.. precise trimming of each tile. A team came in to template the new rug around the hearth and the end result is a perfect fit. The new suite was delivered, modules connected and assembled and carefully given felt 'boots' to avoid damaging the new floor, all with swift action but precision.. a truly remarkable team that focusses on customers satisfaction.. and quality results... from sales force to fitters... so impressed, we told out neighbours... and they went and bought a new suite there too.

The new bed arrived at 8.30 am - brilliant this was followed by the gentleman who removed the old bed - brilliant - all three men who visited us at 7b Waveney Park were very pleasant - all good I say

The store has a good array of furniture it’s light and airy and the staff are very friendly we brought two sofa’s and the transactions were very simply thanks for your service would recommend to anyone.

Professional and knowledgeable staff who assisted us in selecting curtains which were attractive and also represented good value for money.

Bought a carpet and lino, great service on purchase, not hassled or rushed. Carpet fitting was brilliant, amazing job and no mess left. This is the second time we have bought from John Doe and will be purchasing from them again in the future Thank you 😃

Very good service measuring , fitting and the good quality of the product.Friendly and polite fitter. Why I dropped one star.We were told the wrong date for measuring and the gentleman turned up a day early( fortunately we were in) We were told three different dates for fitting 16th then 31st then finally 23rd May .I accept the product may not have been in for the 16th but why the 31st then back again? It was quite difficult planning for the fitting .I did receive apologies for the wrong measuring date.

Nice to deal with staff who are well mannered, smart and have knowledge of their job.
