Store staff friendly not pushy, sofas were good quality, delivery 3 weeks, drivers polite, slight lump sofa they were out within days and rectified, couldnt recommend any higher

David was really helpful and pointed me in the right direction without being pushy, He seemed genuinely interested in finding a solution to my problem.

Not sure what the point is of having a website showing products with no prices on and when you enquire about a price you get an email back advising the product is out of stock. Surely the idea of a website is to have accurate stock availabilty and allow customers to order online. Don't think I will be looking again

The first lady we saw was obviously not that interested in us, we eventually went to Tom, who went above and beyond and got a sale.

The delivery boys were very good. Despite the difficulties of delivery to a very old property. The stairwell is very difficult but they persisted and got their. Please thank them for me.

We bought a new chair which we picked up a week later. Love it. Was very impressed with the shop overall. Lovely coffee shop which had delicious soup. The staff are very helpful and friendly but not at all pushy.

Both guys who delivered items were pleasant and helpful. Very polite and cheerful. First time i have used this company but very impressed from the moment I entered the store. Thank you for restoring my faith in customer service!

Very helpful and professional staff

The staff in both the store and the cafe, were really friendly and polite, very helpful but never pushy, just the kind of shopping experience I enjoy, ordered a really super comfortable chair. We had lunch and coffee in the cafe and service and food was excellent.
