Went in to buy a recliner/tilt chair and came out with 2 ,the staff were very polite and helpful NO being pushy ,had the patience of a saint ,and delivery the next day

The young lady who served us in the shop was extremely helpful and very polite and friendly. The delivery team were excellent, very thorough and careful.

We welcomed into the store by David. He was very pleasant and professional. His advice and experience led us to make our choices. We chose a 2 and 3 seater leather sofas and a lovely rug, all at a competitive price. David was especially nice to mum who will be 98 years young on Saturday! We will be back soon to pick out some lights for our move to our new bungalow! Would definitely recommend this family run store with exceptional staff,

This was our first visit to John Doe. Walking through the store, we were welcomed by all the staff. We were attended by David. We told him we had specific needs, he listened & said may he make a couple of suggestions. One of the suites he suggested suited us perfectly. His knowledge & professionalism was very good. We purchased a suite & look forward to receiving it. We have already made recommendations to our friends to visit the store.

We visited John Doe to purchase a new mattress. We had absolutely no idea there was so much to know! Stewart was an absolute fountain of knowledge, incredibly mindful of what we needed and our price range and we left feeling very pleased with our purchase.
