There was a wide range of carpets and flooring to choose from in the showroom and the fitters did a great job on the three rooms. As the carpet and flooring are for my very elderly mother in law, I really appreciated the telephone liaison with the fitter on the day. He was friendly and helpful. The finished carpets and flooring look great!

From the moment we stepped inside the store we knew we had found the right place to purchase our lounge furniture. The staff are friendly, make you feel special, give you loads of time without being pushy. The ranges of furniture are amazing and the customer service is brilliant. Having had a very bad experience with a high street giant, John Doe couldn’t be more different. I would recommend them any time and will go back if we ever need additional items. The delivery guys are brilliant too, very courteous, friendly and helpful. We absolutely love our furniture thank you so much.

After a leak in our bathroom we had to replace the flooring. Found what we wanted and when the fitters arrived they worked extremely well in a very confined space. The flooring is better than we expected, the work was done very well and all mess/bits cleaned up! This is our go to place for furniture, blinds and flooring.

From showroom to completed flooring, excellent service. No hard sell. Good advice and understanding of our requirements. On time. Dealt with some lovely staff and left our premises clean and tidy. A pleasure to deal with and to have working in your home.

Over and above service sofa bed wouldn’t go up my stairs bed dismantled reassembled . All done in a day shop local wouldn’t get that service anywhere else

We recently purchase carpet and a bed from John Doe of Diss. From our initial enquiry where we found the staff to be attentive and knowledgeable through to delivery and fitting when the delivery guys were extremely careful lifting a very large bed and a massive heavy roll of carpet. Once laid, the carpet was vacuumed and off-cuts and packaging was removed. Again with the bed, all protective covering was taken away and the bed set up with care. Would not hesitate to recommend John Doe if you want quality products and exceptional service. We are planning to purchase new carpet for our living room before end of this year and will be returning to John Doe for that.

Thank you so much for your incredible help and service when our daughter was recently diagnosed with a serious illness. You went above and beyond with such a speedy, efficient,courteous, kind and helpful prompt service in delivering, installing and removing of packaging and making minor adaptions to their new electric bed and chair. Excellent company to do business with. Great showroom with so much choice !! Everything was done in the time planned, lovely quality flooring fitted by polite, friendly and efficient guys. The house was left clean and tidy with not a singe piece of scrap left behind. Thank you John Doe !

Just how lucky is Diss to have the wonderful John Doe? What a lovely experience from start to finish with kind, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. I have had beds, chairs, carpets and units from them which has all been excellent. A great layout that just seems to get bigger every time I go in. Well done John Doe
