We highly recommend John Doe. They are always so helpful, welcoming and happy to give there time answering all your questions. We've just had carpets fitted and couldn't be happier, the two fitters were so professional, so polite and respectful couldn't have wished for any better. Brilliant family run business.

Amazing personal service. Fitters are employed by the company and are excellent. Very happy with my lounge and hall carpets and great value for money. I'm in a second floor flat but there were no complaints about all the stairs. I also live 20 miles away so don't let location put you off. Highly recommend a trip to their showroom and a chat with their excellent staff.

Love this shop and fantastic service. They have items that are different and stock unusual designers with a touch of modern or traditional. Top floor is good for bargains. Since moving to Suffolk we have been able to find everything we wanted to furnish our empty rooms in this wonderful shop so just need to find a space for a lovely table we seen in there last week whist buying our latest piece of art😊.
