The item we ordered was of ok quality. However, when we were thinking of exchanging it for a more expensive item we realised we would have to pay for the return of the old item and re delivery of the new so for this reason I probably wouldn’t deal with again

This company is 1st class.its the best I've dealt with on ebay.i ordered an item last thursday.dispatched friday.sad it would arrive tuesday but arrived a day early on monday.unfortunately item had a mark on it which was manufacturer fault not enki.got in touch with them straight away on monday.asked for photos.which I sent.tuesday got an email with attachment for a pre paid postage label.printed off.stuck on bus.sent back tuesday afternoon.they received it back thursday afternoon.sent out replacement an hour later saying I would recieve it monday.dpd arrived with item friday afternoon.excellent service.returns service and delivery service second to none.a pleasure to deal with.would definitely use again and would strongly reccomend to anyone.excellent company.ive over the moon with the whole experience with enki.
