Very poor quality products
Very poor quality products. We furnished our whole bathroom with the Enki brass effect range. It looked great on day one, but after two and a half years of use some of the brass effect has peeled off the taps. However, my main gripe is that the brass effect shower heads have a one year warranty and appear to completely malfunction just after a year of use. I have just purchased our third shower head in less than three years. By next year when it will no doubt break, like the others, I am hoping I can replace the lot with something much better quality. I would not recommend these products to anyone.

Beware of postage and packaging charges on faulty goods if outside UK
Hi, We were sent a tap with damage to the main body. When we sent images to ENKI they said that as we were outside of the U.K. we would need to pay full postage and packaging for the item to be replaced. I do not feel this resolution was ideal at all as it was their error for which they should be responsible to correct (apparently this is in the small print). They did agree to send a part so we could fix the tap ourselves - that didn’t feel ideal as we had bought as a single piece and would have to do our own repair but we accepted this. So beware of you are not in the U.K. you will have to pay postage and package for a replacement if you are sent a damaged tap!!
