I bought an Enki kitchen tap over a year ago and only just fitted it when upgrading my kitchen. One of the tap valves was faulty but I purchased an exact replacement from Enki and received it within two days.

Good service both the parcels I ordered came before the delivery date I contacted the support team with a inquiry which they sorted within the hour via email.

Although the item purchased was not the right size, they were helpful in getting me a refund as unable to locate an alternative item.

Excellent service, good website. Very pleased with the shower handsets, which will be a good eco move for our household.

Terrible quality products! Do not buy! Had our shower 6 months and it’s gone rusty, the gold colour is coming off in places and the shower head leaks. Can you believe £200 only buys you 6 months warranty? Then the customer support team washed their hands of you. We missed warranty by about a week and they are saying the gold comes off as wear and tear... after 6 months? Absolute joke. Horrible horrible products. Stay away! To answer your response; That is a load of rubbish. If I used soap and water it wouldn’t have got the rust and limescale off. The material that doesn’t rust but does rust.... Your support team have asked me to do something I can’t do so I will get my plumber to check the head and see if that is why there is a leak. Still can’t believe £200 only buys you 6 months warranty for wear and tear. Like I say, terrible quality.
