We purchased a tap and pop-up set which was delivered very quickly. We were delighted with the items (especially for the price) and ended up buying another set for a different sink. The second set did have slight damage to the pop up and we contacted the company asking for a replacement. The company responded very quickly and efficiently. They kept in good correspondence and sent out a replacment part with no quibbles. I would definitely buy from this company again.

NEVER EVER BUY FROM HOUSE OF PARC ENKI Advertising: Why buy from us? - Reliable UK based company - Premium quality and excellent value for money.... THEY SHOULD BE TAKEN TO COURT UNDER THE TRADES DESCRIPTION ACT. WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE IN 15+ YEARS OF BUYING ON THE NET. IF YOU GO TO COMPANIES HOUSE YOU'LL SEE HSBC HAVE A LIEN OVER THEIR BUSINESS - IS THIS BECAUSE THEY ARE AN HONEST AND HELPFUL COMPANY OPERATING OUT OF AN ESTATE IN ESSEX? I WOLD ONLY DESCRIBE THE BATHROOM SET OF TAPS WE GOT AS CHEAP CHINESE GOODS SOLD ON AS LUXURY GOODS WITH POSH NAMES LIKE WINDSOR: THE SHOWER MIXER LEVER BROKE WITHIN DAYS. THE LEVER JUST FELL OFF AND IT WAS OBVIOUS THAT THE ALLOY WAS CHEAPILY MADE AND DESIGNED. IT WOULD NOT SCREW BACK ON, NOT ENOUGN THREAD. THE BASIN HOT TAP HAD EXCESSIVE PLAY. WE SENT THEM BACK AT OUR OWN COST (£16). OF COURSE THEY SAID THAT IT WAS NORMAL AND NOT A FAULT... NEVER MIND THAT WE WERE CLEARLY UNHAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT. THE TAPS ACTUALLY WOBBLE NOTICABLY WHEN YOU TURN THEM. THE BATHROOM MIXER AND SHOWER WERE UNDERSIZED TO ABOUT 3/4'S OF THE SIZE COMPARED TO THE EXISTING TAPS AND OTHER REPUTABLE MANUFACTURERS. THE REAL PROBLEM THOUGH STARTED WHEN I ASKED THEM WHO WAS GOING TO PAY FOR HAVING THEIR TAPS REMOVED AND A REPLACEMENT FITTED (WHICH WE SOURCED FROM ANOTHER COMPANY)? THAT WHOLE PROCESS OF DEALING WITH THEIR TERRIBLE RISIBLE CUSTOMER "SERVICE" (WITH THEIR CUT AND PASTE EMAILS, OF WHICH MANY, MANY WERE SENT BACK AND FORTH BECAUSE THEY WOULD NOT ADDRESS THE ISSUE OF LIABILITY) AND FINALLY IN EXASPERATION, CALLING THEIR HEAD OFFICE -- ONLY TO BE GIVEN THE RUNAROUND -- AND COMBINED WITH CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS.... MEANT WE JUST MISSED THE 30 DAY REFUND PERIOD EVEN THOUGH WE MADE IT CLEAR FROM THE OUTSET THAT THEIR PRODUCT WAS SUBSTANDARD AND WE WEREN'T HAPPY. WHEN THEY SENT THE TAPS BACK TO US BECAUSE THEY WOULD NOT REFUND US WE FOUND THEY HADN'T EVEN BOTHERED TO FIX THE BROKEN SHOWER/BATH LEVER AND THERE WAS A MISSING SHOWER LEVER SLEEVE AND THEN THEY HAD THE GALL TO TELL ME IT WAS OUR FAULT BECAUSE WE HADN'T PACKED THE BOX THE RIGHT WAY WHEN WE SENT THE TAPS BACK FOR INSPECTION. THEY ACTUALLY BLAMED US FOR THE MISSING SLEEVE AND REFUSED TO SEND A FIXED LEVER AND SLEEVE REPLACEMENT. BUT THESE "VERY CLEVER PEOPLE" HAD ACTUALLY SENT US PHOTOS OF THE RETURNED TAPS AND THE PICTURES CLEARLY SHOWED AN UNATTACHED (I.E. FAULTY) LEVER. WE THEN GOT SOME TRITE EMAIL AFTER I THREATENED TO TAKE THEM TO COURT, SAYING "APOLOGIES THAT WE HAVE FALLEN BELOW YOUR EXPECTATIONS..." AND THAT THEY WOULD NOW SEND THE FIXED BATH/SHOWER LEVER. TO BE HONEST BY THIS STAGE I HAD ZERO EXPECTATIONS OF THIS "COMPANY" HAVING ANY ETHICS SO THAT'S WHY I THREATENED THEM WITH LEGAL ACTION. SO THE LONG AND THE SHORT - THIS DRAGGED ON FOR THE BEST PART OF A YEAR. WE ARE NOW LUMBERED WITH THEM... CONCLUSION: THEY RELUCTANTLY SENT US A FIXED BATH/SHOWER LEVER SO IT'S NOT BROKEN ANYMORE AND I DON'T NEED TO GO TO TRADING STANDARDS... OR TAKE THEM TO THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT AVOID BUYING FROM THESE "EVER SO TRUSTWORTHY, REALLY HELPFUL QUALITY MERCHANDISE PROVIDING TRADERS" AT. ALL. COSTS. INFACT I HOPE THEY GO BANKRUPT, IT’LL STOP ANYONE ELSE HAVING TO PUT UP WITH THE UNBELIEVABLY BAD PRODUCTS AND SERVICE. THEY DESERVE IT. AND HOUSE OF PARC, DON'T BOTHER RESPONDING WITH YOUR TRITE LIP SERVICE REPLIES I'VE SEEN YOU GIVE OTHER COMPLAINING CUSTOMERS, NO ONE WILL EVER BELIEVE YOU. I purchased bath taps I received the wrong style, a replacement was sent but they did not the complete tap set , had to wait again for the complete order a mistake again , And I ordered a unit for the bathroom after receiving this found a few white nicks chips of the unit , I contacted the house of enki for a touch up paint they replying not available I also asked for the colour brand , replying cannot help , cannot be bothered, to help so now I have a second hand unit, I would not recommend and I would not be be buying from this company again,

WORST COMPANY EVER! this has cost me a fortune and still isn’t resolved
Purchased a shower for our new bathroom, a plumber installed it, and the non return valve has failed; therefore emptying our entire hot water tank and driving air into our heating system. We lost water for a day and had to pay a plumber to come out to do that on a Saturday. There's no phone number for them and it's email only. They replied to my urgent request asking if the elbow valve was blocked and then wanted photos and videos of the problem. On reply I said the unit is sealed and we will void the warranty AND you cant video something not working. I've now got a broken shower and lost £260. I shall be contacting my credit card company to force them to intervene, but they are breaking the law by not replacing a faulty item. This has caused untold stress and will cost us dearly to resolve. UPDATE: This company are employing delaying tactics by asking for more tests to be done on our pressure. I have explained that we have 2 mixer taps and a mixer shower already and there is no problem with our water pressure, it is their rubbish (expensive) shower! This is extremely frustrating trying to deal with this by email and they just keep asking for more tests which requires multiple paid visits from my plumber to keep wasting my time and money while I have a broken shower! I am now contacting my credit card for them to step in and get my money back because they are clearly not going to, and I have now lost the price of the shower on plumbers fees answering silly questions from someone hiding behind a computer. If you buy from these people, then you will be hemorraging money. UPDATE: They are now expecting me to send the shower back at my expense so they can inspect it. This is against the sale of goods act, AND it is massively delaying further my ability to use my £260 shower. The plumber says it’s cheap rubbish from China because it’s not even set at the 150mm pipe spacing that’s standard everywhere.
