good product timely delivery

Seller initially sent out a pair of mismatched, faulty taps that I suspect were seconds passed off as new. Though they were reasonably good about resolving the matter, the process was nevertheless made a lot more complicated and time-consuming than it needed to be, and even then I had to chase up to get a full refund. Would be very hesitant about using again.

Hovered over 5* - the shower assembly was very good quality and value, and in a hard-to-get bronze finish. Very minor quibbles - could have done with a link to an instruction sheet (one sent by email return on request), and the grub screw to locate the mixer body is 2mm, not 3mm as specified.
