Twice the delivery did not take place…
Twice the delivery did not take place on the scheduled days. It then arrived unannounced. The goods (3 toilets) were only wrapped in plastic, one was damaged, one had a blemish and one looked as if it had been installed. Overall impression was that the goods were seconds, therefore, I did not accept the delivery. On a more positive note, customer services accepted my request to cancel the order and agreed to a full refund.

Non delivery and spurious excuses!
We were told to expect delivery on a certain day. We waited in all day for a delivery that didn’t arrive. We were then told that upon inspection at the warehouse, the product was damaged and a new one had been dispatched, with a new delivery date. We waited in all day for another delivery that didn’t arrive. We were then told that that item was also found to be damaged before dispatch and unfortunately was now out of stock for at least 3 weeks. We asked for a refund and have yet to receive it. Very poor service.
Multiple damaged goods and no direct customer service number.
Customer service and quality control is awful. I used bathroom planet to purchase a bath, and twice a bath was delivered with damage to the enamel. Rearranging deliveries took days and there was no way to contact customer service direct over the phone to discuss. After the second bath arrived damaged I ordered from an alternative supplier. Refund took days to arrive and there was no compensation offered for the terrible customer service and delay caused to our refurbishment given 2 consecutive items were delivered damaged.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Absolutely awful service from Bathroom Planet. Placed an order back in February of over £4k and STILL waiting on items arriving. This is despite Bathroom Planet confirming on 4 occasions that these items were due back in stock and would be delivered to us. I eventually asked for my money back as I have ordered elsewhere and now I am receiving no response from Bathroom Planet whatsoever. Had to report the transaction as fraud to my bank in order to try and get over £1k back from them. Please if you value your hard earned money & don't want your time wasted DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. So many other reputable more reliable companies out there.

The product i ordered was out of stock and I only found out two days after purchase, when I was told it would not be back in stock for four weeks, would I like to wait. It would have been helpful if the website had shown if the product was in stock or not so that I didn't have to make a second purchase as the item was needed for a project that was under construction. On the plus side all email correspondence was answered promptly and efficiently and I received my refund.
Terrible service and forged delivery note
Terrible service. Claimed to have delivered a tap then forged my signature on proof of delivery note and Emailed it to me. Weeks of Emails followed as they tried to wriggle out of the issue. Please avoid and save yourself the hassle. Website says items are in stock when they are not and they clearly don't answer the phone and simply direct you to Email. The tap was never delivered after lots of promises - waiting on a refund but not hopeful. I will report the forged signature to the police.

Ordered and paid online, all in stock, delivery stated as 2-5 days. After 3 days without an update, called them and they said that the items were not available and could take up to 2 months to delivery. If I hadn’t called I’d probably be waiting still - £1,400 order that ended up in a competitor after 4 days chasing for a refund…
Would buy from Bathroom Planet again.
Easy to order and product came within days. Price was good and will order again from Bathroom Planet.
