Ordered a new toilet seat. It came in the time advised. Was very well wrapped and fitted perfectly. Considerably cheaper than exactly the same seat from other companies.

The website needs to show if goods are I stock. As I bought an item and didn’t know it was out of stock until I got an email some days later. At least if I knew it was out of stock I could look elsewhere instead of now having to wait for this item to come in however long it may take !!

perfect! quick delivery, no problems

I ordered bathroom cisterns dual flush, specs were on their website, The send me single flush. I found this when plumber was at home to fix them. I called their number and the the person on phone mention they are for sales and there no number for customer care. I can only contact customer service by email. This took several days to get sorted and I have to pay plumber for the visit without job done. After few emails, the company accepted to return the product and corrected the specs on their website. After several months I found no refund was made. I have to contact them again by email. They then processed refund. NOT happy with the service
