Delivery and the quality of service was 10/10 with the goods being hand delivered in a box. Yes they could have been bubble wrapped to protect them, but they still came with a plastic film around them in perfect condition. Good quality toilet and easy to install, well worth the money. The cistern comes preinstalled and just needs the button on the top of it screwed in, and the underneath connected to the mains. It is heavy to move and was twice the weight of its replacement due to its design. VitrA instructions show pictures and are easy to read and cater for multiple languages. I would highly recommend VitrA as a supplier of new toilets.

Avoid this company!!! They are scammers. I ordered shower tray on March 11, and two days later I was informed that unfortunately they do not have it in stock. I requested a refund but to this day I have not received my money back. They use my money for three weeks. Order #82669

You advertised an item which you could deliver in a couple of days. But actually it was out of stock, But you still charged me the full amount in advance , later you told me with a cold email that you do not have the item ( a bath tub ) and you were not sure when exactly it was back in stock. In that case I cancelled the order strait away . But im still waiting for my money . On top of that you caused be a lot of trouble to my work schedule.

The site said the wash basin was in stock Now to have to wait 3-4 weeks is the reason for the 1star
