When I placed an order for an item

When I placed an order for an item, it took the payment and then I received an email to say that the item was out of stock and not available for 9 weeks. They should tell you when you are initially placing the order, not once they have taken the payment. Still not had a refund a week later !!!

Ordered a bath which apparently was in stock three days later got an email advising not in stock and estimated 3 to 4 weeks. First time I used Bathroom Planet and they fell at the first hurdle. Have requested a refund.
