Better than trade discount!

Great price, saved over £150 for the same items from our local trade account, with trade discount! Queried one item with customer services, as the picture didn't match the colour of the rest of the items, but they confirmed that it would match. Ordered on the Monday, delivered on the Wednesday, driver waited whilst we checked the order,which was all fine, and the driver was polite and helpful. Will definitely use again.

NO PRODUCT/NO RESPONSE/NO PHONE/ NO REFUND

What a completely awful disorganised unresponsive company to deal with, cannot get them to answer the phone, email or live chat. Ordered two toilet brushes for £110 ok they were out of stock, i was fine waiting. One confirmed delivery date missed, second delivery date missed. No response to emails or phone call (always goes to answer machine) Live chat no existent. Seriously |Bathroom Planet how difficult i it to take two toilet brushes out of the big cardboard box they come in (if you actually stock them) stick two into a smaller box, pop a label on and dispatch? If you are a drop shipper which I suspect you are, how difficult is it for the company you deal with to do the same? You have been asked twice for a refund and still no response. Thank god i didn't spend anymore with you. If you cannot sort out the dispatch of two toilet brushes how the hell can you sort out the dispatch of anything. GIVE ME A REFUND NOW!!!!!

Excellent service

Excellent service, would highly recommend and use again. I dealt with David who was polite, professional and efficient. I not only needed a fast delivery but also had to split payments due to limit on a company card - nothing was too much trouble, he helped split the payments and arranged the delivery. Cannot thank David and the rest of the team enough for getting my items to me so quickly.

I had the most awful experience online…

I had the most awful experience online shopping with bathroom planet. Still awaiting refund. Phone goes straight voice mail can take days to answer emails. Never again.... Website said item in stock when there not in stock. Take money and hide behind terms and conditions to keep money for upto 14 days.

Just rang and spoke to a guy on the help desk who was terrible. Impatient, rude and condescending. Wont buy from this company.
