Very poor experience.

Ordered and paid for two items neither shown as out of stock. Received an email two days later saying the items were out of stock and would not be in for 2-3 weeks. When they failed to arrive after that delay went on their website and showing as in stock. When asking them why I hadn’t got them they said the items were still out of stock and delayed a further 3 weeks. I asked for a refund which was agreed. Their policy for refunds is up to 14 days. It has now gone past that time and refund not arrived. Overall really poor.

Given the other rather polarised…

Given the other rather polarised reviews, I was a little wary of placing an order with Bathroom Planet. They did, however, have in stock the toilet seat I was looking for. So I went ahead and ordered. There was a prompt confirmation of my order, and, later the same day, another email with the date the order would be delivered. At 08.30 a.m. on the appointed day, a very cheerful driver delivered my order. All good ! Thank you.

Item unavailable despite supposably being in stock and paid for

ordered / arranged Delivery / paid for shower tray. To be then contacted several days later and told item wasn’t in stock! Why the delay/why is stock levels on your website not correct? It was alright for you to take the payment from me immediately but took 12 days to return the money to my account!

Still not got it.

Still haven't got the item after 7 days. No delivery date, no tracker so can't be sure when to be in. Item could be great. Organisation not so much.

i havent had the product yet. The product is out of stock but they only told me 3 days after order. I will review my scoring once i havent product.
