I ordered a sink and paid only to be told they didn't have it in stock and would be 4 to six weeks waiting time I asked for a refund after 9 days of emailing still no refund.

Sold me something that said it was in stock with 3-5 working days delivery but when I enquired about delivery date I was told it was out of stock. Order cancelled but a week later money not yet refunded. No phone lines either, have to communicate by email.
