Would have given 5* rating but for late delivery over 6 weeks and less than a week later there was a price drop of about £20 that could have been given to us taking into account I paid in June and got it in late August. Lovely product delivered and packaged very good

Quick and efficient service. Looks like a good product. (Not yet installed.) Regulations about delivery are a bit draconian! You have to accept the delivery date given with no contact details to change the time or find out the delivery period.

Further to my last review, I am just writing an update. I have received the shower enclosure a week earlier than expected and although it will be a while until it can be installed I have checked and it all looks fine. Bathroom planet would be my first port of call for any bathroom equipment in future the service they have provided to us was exemplary.

Good website and great service. I ordered a replacement seat and lid for my 12 year old Roca toilet, which arrived on time and well packed. I was kept informed throughout ordering and delivery stages so can’t fault the service provided by Bathroom Planet. The seat was in a Roca branded box and the information sheet had their logo on it , however there was no name or identification marks on the lid itself so there is a slight suspicion that Roca have sold on the moulds to a third party rather than manufacturing it themselves. The seat fits ok and looks good so no real complaints.

Excellent advise for finding the exact toilet seat replacement

Have built a downstairs disabled toilet, but for some reason they didn’t recognise it as disabled even though it was bought because it can be adjusted in height for disabled. They refused to give me the order VAT free which is a disabled person’s right. Not impressed!!!
