Everyone on the bench team has been super helpful and seems like they know their stuff. I do wish they integrated with Quickbooks. And wish they were a bit more direct about estimated taxes -- when they were due, how much I should pay, etc. But otherwise I am quite satisfied with my experience.

Everyone was very helpful and easy to communicate with. There was only one issue where our landlord needed a certain form from us that the Bench team was not equipped to handle so for a time we were trying to figure that out ourselves. Once I reached out to the Bench team about how lost we were, they actually took the time to schedule a Zoom and walk me through how to file the form we needed to file online through a website. This was very helpful as we are first time business owners and it was our first year going through tax season. Overall our filing for our business was very easy and straight forward. Due to the book keeping throughout the year they were able to track everything and send year-end reports that were very organized and transparent.
