I have purchased several rugs from Carpet Vista over the past few years and have always been happy with them. The most recent purchase wasn't what we were expecting though. Not the company's fault at all, it just wasn't right for us so we returned it for credit. It was a very large and expensive rug so we were a bit concerned but the whole process was very simple and straightforward and today I received an email confirming that the credit has been made. I was impressed with Carpet Vista before, I am now VERY impressed with them. What a great company they are to deal with.
