I was so satisfied with our first carpet ( a few years ago) with the quality and superb service, and value for money, that when we moved I immediately went to your web site and found exactly what was needed. Again I am delighted .The process is so easy and pleasant to use even when we sent one back.

The carpet is beautiful, but quality a bit underwhelming cinsidering the price. For a 1k eur carpet, it sheds too much, even after half a year, the fiber is shedding intensely.

Carpet as announced. Delivered on time. Process without any problems. The systems of the transport company are however impossible to deal with to change delivery address. Transport company also did not deliver on the day they initially indicated and without prior indication of change of date.

A brilliant company to deal with, fast & efficient & all carpets & rugs very good quality, colours are true to photos.. Would certainly recommend them.

Excellent I could not believe my luck when I found this carpet, just perfect in size and in colour, when it arrived rolled up, I was even more delighted, sometimes they are folded, I don’t like it, So I am happy happy happy

Good quality authentic rug exactly as per photos

The carpet is great. Just as I expected. Top quality. I cannot give a top rating, however, because of the delivery by UPS. The parcel did not arrive at the scheduled time, so I was out. No SMS was sent, no phone call. The driver just dumped the parcel in front of my door, in full view of a busy street. It is a miracle that the rug was not stolen. I would like to buy another rug from CarpetVista, but I will not do so if the delivery is by UPS.

Although the problem I encountered was caused by UPS, I was disappointed that CarpetVista customer services just wouldn’t engage in any way. They advised to use the tracker (which I had already told them wasn’t working) and then failed to answer any of my subsequent emails (4 of them). In short they offered no support whatsoever and left me to it with a company they choose to use.
