I have bought 4 carpets over a 11 year period. The products are excellent, cost effective and importantly trust worthy. Typically the products are pretty much a replica of the online photos. So it's a case of what you see is what you get. Am not sure if I need to buy more carpets...but if I do, I know where to go to.

the rug is a nice quality (wool) and i am happy with the colour since i could not find a multi coloured one. i got the 100cm diameter round rug which looks good but is just a little smaller than i would ideally like but the next size up 150cm is too big! 110 probably perfect.

Others, that the colour did not match decor - no quibble refund received. Also, UPS delivered when stated and collected within 10 mins of my phone call - stunning.
