We have bought two carpets from Carpet Vista. Both of them look amazing! The colors in the pictures match the carpet colors in real life. The quality of the carpets is beyond excellent. Great service. I like the color and pattern of the carpet, but I'm not happy with the quality. In my opinion, it does not match the price. The color of the carpet is uneven and faded in places. It looks like used. This is my first order from CarpetVista and I'm a little disappointed...

We have bought several kelim rugs from Carpet Vista. Well desctibed and deivered in a timely way, well packed. However returning 1 rug due to the colours being too bright for us has been unsatisfactory so far. No replies to emails, no refund. Holiday time apart if you want return custom set up your website to explain when you are unavailable. Instead the automated response says 48 hours to reply. That hasn't happened. We have now lost confidence and await our refund for something tracking shows had been delivered some time ago. No more sales emails, no kore requs for rev0, our refund or a prompt response please. It's disappointing.
