Dear Sirs, thanks a lot for the answers and I see in the tracking of the shipment that it says how it was delivered and delivered, but that is not true. Neither anything was delivered to me, nor was it taken over, nor did anyone from the delivery service contact me to pick it up. Can you check with the delivery service to whom and when they delivered and whether there is a signature on the delivery note. I didn’t get the product, and I paid for it! I used this site several years ago and was impressed by the choice of rugs available, competitive pricing and easy-to-navigate website. The fact that they delivered free to the UK was an added bonus. I’ve recently moved house and wanted another rug. I checked CarpetVista again, expecting to have to pay import duty post-Brexit. I was delighted to find this was not the case and that the price on the website is what you pay. Still a great choice and loads of information about the different carpets. I chose one, was kept well informed about the progress of my order and it arrived within a few days. It is stunning and I couldn’t be more pleased.

Unfortunately the rug I ordered did not meet up to my expectations. However I have to say it was a very easy process to return the rug … absolutely no trouble whatsoever. All I had to do was pack it professionally, arrange a Fedex pick up and that was it … So simple! Once CarpetVista received the returned rug, a refund was given immediately. The product we bought from CarpetVista is excellent - everything we hoped it would be. It was delivered on time and in excellent condition and is perfect for the space we allocated.. However, we are not serial buyers of rugs! Receiving several emails immediately after purchasing inviting us to buy more seemed nonsensical, which led us to unsubscribe from all future emails. Emails with a more sensible frequency would have been more appropriate.
