All followers were fake. You could tell by the generic bio descriptions- and names. Nothing a real person would name themselves and all mostly private accounts And whichever country you choose to target even if upgrow says theyre from the country you’re targeting- instagram will tell you the truth- all the followers are from bangladesh. Did more harm to my account. Fake followers with NO engagement was not what they advertised or I would never have used them

not real followers, subscribed yesterday and all users that are following me don't have profile picture or 0 like on their posts, obviously bots... Why lying to us then?

False advertising. Upgrow is 100% lying to their customers. They are literally doing the specific thing that their sales and marketing information says they don't. Which is give you nothing but fake followers and bots. We signed up and saw growth with our followers but then we noticed that all the followers were private accounts. We got 8 iterations of @foodie384 or another set of numbers. Each account that follows has a similar set up. They have 10-15 posts, they follow 100-200 people and have 100-200 followers. They are all private and they have a tag line related to their name. Do not waste your money on it. If you read some reddit threads, you'll see everyone has the same experience. They say they have 4.9/5 with over 1,500 reviews on google, and yet, they do not have a google business page for anyone to leave reviews. They also do not have any customer service or way to speak to anyone about the service and experience.
