Not only are the items overpriced, the shipping is absurd. I pay cheaper shipping to ship the bottles out internationally, and filled with liquid! Then if you need to make a return, you have to call that shipping cost a loss plus the shipping to send it back and then minus another 25% restocking fee on top of that! $125 to put some lids back in the warehouse stock!? I did order a few thousand units from them until I realized how badly I was being shafted by their service. I understand business is business and I would not be so upset if I would not be losing over 50% of my money on a $500 order just to return an item especially after spending thousands with the company. No thanks, ebottles has lost my business.

My order was received quickly and completely. So often there are mistakes, but this order was complete and perfectly packaged, which is a definite plus when you are talking about hundreds of glass bottles.

Hi! my friend, E-bottles, is price competitive, quick, people are friendly and deliveries are on time. My last one came about to the minute on time. The only glitch in my humble opinion is transportation cost is somewhat expensive.

I have a had great experience with ebottles, but my last order was for glass bottles a case of twenty costing me fifty-five dollars and shipping and handling was half the price. I think that was really expensive and forced to cancel by order and I went elsewhere and got the same bottles for less, so in other words I could buy two cases for the price of one. I am not saying that I would never to business with them again, but I really think that they should do something about the shipping and handling cost.
