I did a quick search on Google and eBottles popped up. Within minutes I found bottles which would be perfect for the Limoncello we were planning to make for Christmas gifts. The price seemed extremely reasonable. Quickly ordered a case and within a few days the bottles were on my porch. Exactly what I wanted.

The site is not very clean and intuitive. The log-in portion seems to cause more issues than not. Though checking out as a guest works just fine. Nonetheless it would have been much happier to be able to register/sign-in correctly. Overall I'm happy with the product and would do business with them again in the near future.

I was pleased with the service, but only received a portion of my shipment the first time. Had to contact ebottles to receive the rest. However, it was a painless process and I would do business with ebottles again.

I really like you product but unless you can do something about the high shipping costs to Canada, it works out cheaper to stick with my China distributors. For a $245 order of 360 glass 30ml bottles and 1 smaller box of 360 closures, I was charged $100+ to UpS on the bill and another $100+ bill to UPS when delivered.

I received exactly what I ordered online! I ordered bottles with corks for wedding favors and got them as expected. There were a few cork toppers missing, but I called and they were overnighted that day. Great company!! I would recommend them to anyone!!

I ordered a number of bottle varieties but in very small quantities. Some companies only sell in bulk so it was nice to find a company with no minimum shipment. The products arrived quickly and were as described. My main issue with this order is the shipping and handling charge. They charged me $21 in shipping costs to the WDC area for $28 of merchandise, something I didn't realize until after I had placed the order. I feel a bit duped.

After several years of buying my essential oil bottles through a local health food store and many times having to wait until they would get a shipment in (they would wait to order when they ran out, it seemed), I was glad to have found eBottles where I could buy a larger supply. I may not have a huge retail store (actually just counter space in a couple of community shops) but when I need to fill my essential oil blend orders, it is very nice to know that I now have bottles to do so. Also, because I make oil blends that are based on the specific needs of my clients/customers, I did not like having to make them wait until I could get bottles, as one day of pain or discomfort breathing is crucial in their daily lives. I am so happy to now have a supplier where I can get as many as I want in whatever size that I want.

The order of small lidded bottles arrived when promised, in perfect condition. Now, I wish I had ordered twice as many.

I ended up calling because I wanted more than one bottle, but fewer than a truckload. I also wanted a mixed assortment of bottle toppers: eyedroppers and screw-top caps. The customer service rep was excellent. She understood my request and helped me get exactly what I needed--including NON-childproof bottle toppers. It's nice to be able to opt out of childproofing when you have absolutely no reason to need it. My bottles arrived quickly, and they were well packaged. This was an excellent transaction.

This is my second year ordering from eBottles and their products ROCK!! We make homemade Limoncello and put the Limoncello into the eBottles as gifts. Fortunately everyone loves the homemade Limoncello and Unfortunately they also love the bottles!! ;) We kindly ask for the return of the bottles but rarely get them back!!! Everyone says "we love the bottles"!!!!
