After a week on the product, both my other half and I had digestive issues that precluded us from continuing with the product They had used two addresses on the order. Where we are in the winter months in Florida, and the billing address in Colorado. As I recall I ordered several months of product. When I called to see where my order was, I was sent what would be about a two week supply which we did receive. Never received the whole order. Beware of this company.

His BioComplete3 came with a money-back guarantee. I tried it for the 3 months that they asked for, and can tell you that BioComplete3 might be a really good PLACEBO. BIG, WHITE, CAPSULES..gee, that's gotta be powerful. They refused to honor my request for an RMA. As far as I'm concerned, he might be an excellent surgeon, but he doesn't have any proof about his claims. I now have a big box of his Placebos. They never honored the money-back guarantee. However, after several months, I received the reply below. Evidently he needed to hire somebody who knows how to deal with customer problems. I was told that my credit card has been given two refunds, and I checked and it was. At least they've tried to improve their dealings with unsatisfied customers.
