I like the taste of Vital Reds – great in a green smoothie!

I add Vital Reds to my morning glass of filtered water to add nutrition on top of hydration. This gives me a noticeable energy boost and also clears the morning mental fog. I first started with a daily regimen of VR six years ago when I was trying to lose about 25 pounds. I had plateaued after losing 15 and could not budge past that. Then I started the daily VR and after 3 months the last 10 pounds were gone for good. That convinced me that VR was right for me and I’ve been a user ever since.
