I have been using Vital Red for years. My sister and her husband also take Vital Red daily. I do believe that Vital Red helps my metabolism and keeps my weight in check. It also has probiotics that help my digestive system. I mix it with lemonade in a blender and love the taste. My only concern is that in sweltering Florida I am taking 4-5 scoops daily. I really love the taste but confess I always mix in lemonade.

When I bought the 'Red's' I needed a delivery system so I would be sure to drink it every day. I purchased a 'Ball' 8 oz. glass container and a lid that fits any size 'Ball' container. I wanted the best water so I bought a pitcher that offers clean water. Every morning I put 'my' reds into the glass container and fill it with the water. I shake it up and drink. Yummm! I had a bad knee from a motorcycle accident in the 80's. Lately, it's been giving me some trouble with inflammation. In just 3 days of drinking 'my' reds, my knee feels better and I can walk a little better each day. Did I say I'm 81 years old? I still watch the morocycles that race down the road here in Ohio!
