Terrible customer service and trickery. I sent the text below in an email in response to a request from the Gundry MD team for a review of my experience 2 weeks ago. I have received no reply. RA is a return authorisation. I was sent and authorisation for $296.67. The amount I paid was $470.72. They have refused to update the authorisation to the correct amount and are no longer returning my emails. I implore you, do not become involved with this company. When I tried calling the international number I was on hold for over 2 hours without speaking to anyone. Lies and more lies. Possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I'm having a great deal of trouble returning product. Victoria J has been extremely unhelpful. Victoria J informed me that there was no contact number I could use for customer service in Australia, clearly untrue as there is an international number at the bottom of the email I have received just now. The RA I was sent had the wrong amount, Victoria J repeatedly sent me the wrong information, ie when I requested to speak with someone to make a formal complaint, she sent an email regarding ordering product.. three times! Victoria J wrote she was unable to send an RA with the correct amount. Victoria J suggested I call the number which only works from the US, several times, even after I had written that it did not work from Australia. This has caused me a great deal of stress. I need the money back urgently due to an accident. It's now been 8 weeks. I've had to borrow money from my family. I'm extremely unhappy. The stress has compounded the depression and anxiety caused by my accident. Not only would I not recommend your products. As soon as the Gundry MD team saw my review they contacted me, after weeks of nonsense automated emails from them, which were not related to my issue. It's as if they want to drive you mad! They offered me a refund, however it's not for the price I paid. I asked to be refunded the correct amount. Now I'm receiving nonsense emails again! It's so frustrating, upsetting and stressful!, again! Do not have anything to do with them is still my advice!

I had leaky gut, stomach pain and conspipation for many years. I had a lazy bowel and a perforated bowel in 1993. I retained pounds of poop. I would sometimes be impacted and there wasn't any help. It was getting toxic and I kept hearing that I needed help. I started the product to unblock my bowels and I have had no belly pain, no constipation and no trouble since!

I know this site has quality products and I have returned one that just didn't work for me--without any return problems. I wanted a good meal replacement drink but they usually taste yucky. I planned on trying it and definitely returning it if I didn't like it. Surprise! This one tastes great with water, coconut milk, or soy milk. It has more of a dark chocolate flavor. I usually like milk chocolate, but this strong chocolate flavor is really good. And that is without adding a sweetener. I am happy that I did the additional deal for more product at a good price with my first order. I am good for 6 months.

I’ve been trying to off their mailing list for months now. I still get spam emails from them and I’ve unsubscribed from their list using the link at the bottom of their emails. However I keep getting more emails. It seems like whenever I unsubscribe they use that acknowledgment to send me more. Frustrating!
