Very informative and quality product

The order was processed quickly and completely. The delivery to Canada was quite timely given it has to cross an international border! I started using the product after I unpacked it, mixing in with smoothies. Our son is playing on a university sports team and loved the flavour of the raspberry in the smoothies too!

The shake is feeling and tasty. It has helped my gut tremendously, I don't have trouble with bowel movements now.

I have always had a hard time losing weight. my diet is fairly good, not perfect but most issues are gone from it. I have been looking for something to help me drop about 40 lbs. nothing has worked for me so far. I started taking the MCT and I have started dropping about 1 lb per week fairly consistently. Now I have had this pattern before with a few products but it reverses after the first few weeks. so far I am about 12 weeks in and am down 15 pounds. With the included shaker bottle I am going to include an afternoon dose starting this week to see what impact that has for me. I am looking forward to continuing the trend going forward.

I love the watermelon flavour it’s so easy to drink & easy on my stomach. I’ve felt more energised & feel so much better for gut health using MCT.

I ordered MCT Wellness because I wanted to start taking MCT again to support my health goals, but I can't tolerate the liquid form and the regular powdered MCT can be hard to incorporate into foods. I can't believe how delicious this is! I got the Watermelon Lemonade flavor, and I look forward to drinking it each day. Since I started using it, my weight loss has accelerated, and I have now lost 30 pounds, and my doctor is very pleased with my progress. I have been using it for a month and I bought a 6 month supply, so I can't wait to see how much more I can improve my health in that time.
