I drink it with lime and cayenne pepper. It helps curb appetite and gives me a burst of energy in the mornings.

The supplements are great but it's almost impossible to get them shipped to the UK. The one shipment I did manage to get took 7 weeks and I was charged a large amount of import duty which I wasn't expecting. Now that I am trying to re-order the form blocks my order, and won't let me purchase - something is wrong with their website. I've tried for the past month with the same result. Their customer care won't help over email, they insist you call PST time which is not convenient or viable for a UK time zone. Sadly I will have to find another supplement.

I lost over 20!

Though I have only been using the Pro Plant shake for about 3 weeks, I have noticed a slight firming of muscles and better bowel movements. The shake with water tends to be a bit chalky. However with some watered down juice it becomes more palatable. Blending it also makes it thicker. I do have a general question re: blending especially phenols. Does the blending oxidize some of the nutrients? Thank you Dr. Mercola.
