It is so delicious, I look forward to it each day. I put a half a banana and about a half-cup of frozen, sliced strawberries, along with my MC Wellness, in my blender with about 2 cups water and a dash of lemon juice. Such wonderfulness.. I have tried other meal replacement shakes but I was pleasantly surprised by this product developed by Dr. Gundry. It has a great taste, is easy to make, and costs less because you make it with water instead of milk. The bonus for me is there are no gums added which are bad for our digestive systems.

Feeling a little better since starting daily dose. Still a little tired , joints still ache, but better overall.

I ordered 1 months supply of the watermelon lemonade flavored drink powder to try it out and see for myself if I experience any benefits. After about 3 weeks of trying the product I'm proud to announce the following improvements; -Increased daily energy. -Better nightly sleeping patterns. -More consistent urination and defecation. -So far my weight hasn't increased without an increase in daily exercise.
