This product has been instrumental in balancing my gut, so that I am no longer swinging back and forth from constipation and diarrhea. In fact, I experienced a change very quickly within 24 hours. It is easy to mix in water and drink once a day. It says that it is a raspberry flavor, but it doesn't really have much of a raspberry taste in an 8 oz. glass of water. It would be nice if that was improved, but definitely NOT a deal breaker! The cost is concerning as I don't think I will be able to keep it up. I hope Dr. Gundry can do something about this. He is making a lot of money off of needy people.
