I’ve been using MCT Wellness since 4/28 to present. I’ve found I have more energy, better recall, and have stopped “losing words” in conversations. I enjoy my daily drink and look forward to it every day!

It took a little time and after a little while I began to notice some weight coming of less bloating and gas and a more comfortable digestion.

I have had excellent blood sugar levels and lots of energy since I started.

My only complaint is the forever long videos. Just get to the point.

Like the vanilla shake, do not like Polyphenol-rich olive oil, like the sesame
