Excellent professional installation and follow up support. Only slight issue was the communications from the sub-contractor doing the scaffolding could have been clearer.

Straightforward presentation in easily understood language. The trade affiliations were reassuring and they validated the product and the quote before work started. The work teams were on schedule and efficient. The company closely monitored the work and checked my satisfaction with the progress. Very happy with everything.

The whole process from the intial meeting and survey, was slick, simple and well documented. The installation ticked all the boxes for what we would all like to see on site. Polite, informative, well turned out, with plant, materials and protective sheets.

Project solar provide a pretty much bespoke service for panels encompassing assessment and installation and guarantees. This make the process pretty easy to navigate. Some small details that are not clarified- it takes at least 3 days and not 1 once you include scaffolding and that you as a customer, rather than them need an ongoing dialogue with octopus energy re flux- but this does not detract from our satisfaction.

The employees were courteous and efficient. The installation went smoothly and was completed within six and a half hours.

As choosing to fit solar panels is all new to us and after giving it much thought, we felt we went with a well organised company, Project Solar, and we were not disappointed. Communications, face-to-face and electronic as well as phone conversations have helped the installation go well so far and we now await the completion when all the paperwork has been done.

Just had solar panels installed by Project Solar UK. Started with a visit by Sam Johnson, who was really helpful. He guided us through the whole process, was able to answer all our questions, and followed up make sure the installation went well afterwards (he even took his shoes off when coming into the house!) The whole process was completed in less than 2 weeks. Communication was excellent, installation went without a hitch, and every member of staff I dealt with was friendly and super efficient. I would highly recommend Project Solar UK.

If I could put no stars I would .. didn't even knock the door for survey .. just allegedly looked up & decided job not big enough for them .. Still sat waiting for 10 o clock appt, which had previously been cancelled as surveyor was "sick" .. The surveyor who allegedly arrived at 10 .. oh & measured my roof, without any noise .. down a private lane, with cctv.. (no sign on camera) and dogs on premises who would've gone nuts .. then texts me!!! Didn't even have the decency to ring the bell.. knock the door .. if that is representative of their customer service .. please be weary ..

The electrician and fitters who installed my solar panels were professional and tidy. Since the fitting customer service have been helpful with explaining the process.
