Excellent service

Leak through roof after solar panel installation now (hopefully) fixed. Theo and Nathan were excellent.Clean,tidy and polite. Plus turned up on time to do the job. Communications from PS a wee bit lacking. Having organised the scaffolding,didn`t advise us,(although the scaffolders didn`t either tbf) neither did we get advice that the team would be here at 8am this Monday morning. Thats why i deducted 1 star. Other than that...all good :-)

All correspondence, whether written, email or personal was always detailed, polite and the process fully explained. at all stages. Certainly not the cheapest, but the warranties and quality of installation make it worth the extra cost for peace of mind. The guaranteed saving should make my electric bills going forward either zero or very close to it, with the possibility of a positive return.

I had a great experience with Project Solar. Great value product with warranty included and the sales rep Spencer was great. A week from quote to installation too was fantastic! I would and have recommended to family and friends.

None pushy salesman. No hassles on installation. System does everything quoted and more. 10 panels systems with 5.8 battery storage. Just waiting on the DNO letter for export tariff then I’ll be selling back more energy than taking from the grid.

We chose Project Solar to install our solar panels because they are a well established firm with a good track record, they use high quality panels and batteries and they also offer installation and product warranties so that if there are any issues we would be covered. Our panels were installed quickly and efficiently, within 2 weeks of booking and the install took a morning. Everyone has been very helpful, answering all our questions, responding to emails and phone calls straight away and helping us with all the paperwork. Our panels have been up for 2 months now and our last electricity bill was £5 down from £150!

A great experience, from Samantha who walked us through the process, to Tony, Nick, Mason and Luke, for the install. All staff were professional, courteous and friendly, no question was too much trouble. In fact, all the staff we spoke to were lovely. Install was quick, no mess left behind. The app was explained to us, downloaded and is very easy to follow. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company for your solar install. Thanks.
