The whole process was very efficient. The installation contractors were excellent and had the whole system up and running on the same day.

Brilliant customer service team who have help and checked in on every step, sales rep was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave us confidence in the product. Install team were again brilliant, very professional, on time and friendly. They asked me on my input to where was convenient to place the battery system and neatly installed it. They worked around my dog needs as he gets anxious around new faces. Overall just fantastic service which I don't doubt for a minute will continue with the after install service. I will be recommending Project Solar to anybody wanting to install solar panels in the future.

We had Rukesh from Project Solar UK visit us last week and today, just 9 days later we’re up and running! How’s that for efficiency? I can only say we have nothing but praise for the service we have received from the team at Project Solar from start to finish! May the sun continue to shine, although with this system the sun doesn’t actually have to shine to chat those solar rays and it can be installed on any part of your roof. From the start of our journey with Project Solar UK on 5 June to the removal of the scaffolding on 25 June we have experienced excellent support and customer care. The local representative, Sam Johnson, made an excellent presentation in our home, having observed the aspect and surroundings he assessed exactly our requirement. The background support team took us through each step and guided us through what was a huge and potentially complex amount of paperwork. The scaffolding arrived and was removed at the times agreed and the installation went ahead at the time agreed. All in all a veritable 5 star performance.

The team, from initial enquiry, surveyor, scaffolding and installers have all been super professional, friendly and helpful. We are one day in and already feeding unused electricity back to the Grid! The install took 3.5 hours to complete with panels, batteries, inverter and cabling. Everything was explained as they went along and I could see how much energy was being produced at the end through the app

Project Solar installed 8 solar panels, Fox inverter and Fox 8KW battery in May 2024. The installation was professionally installed. The installers cabling work was neat and very discreet. Documentation provided was very informative and I was able to review technical information on performances of each component. The installers explained how my system worked and how to use the system app to obtain statistical information on my system performance which I use on a daily basis. I would certainly recommend Project Solar.
