From start to finish we were kept fully informed We were told rep was going to be late, but that was ok. His in depth explanation set our minds at rest even to the point of looking in loft. The installers were exceptionally good and helpful even to our neighbour who maybe was going to purchase solar panels. The work was checked by us at every stage re the routing of boxes and wires, That is why I give them 5+ stars

How very bizarre. Asked for a quote for a self build am doing. Told 'we can't quote until you have lived in the house for a month and got a utility bill!'. Other companies have quoted so it's a shame to not be competitive.

I had solar and battery installed on 10/06/2024 from Project Solar UK. I have to say that the whole experience from start to finish was seamless. They were extremely professional in the way they behaved and carried out their work. I had numerous calls from the customer service/installation teams to explain the process and to keep me updated on the progress. Once installed they called me back to make sure everything ran smoothly and that I was happy with the work done, which I was. I loved the whole process of installing solar panels and a storage battery. Paul was so knowledgeable and encouraged me to ask lots of questions. The installation team were equally professional, arriving early, working quickly and leaving my property tidier than when they arrived! Paperwork arrived quickly and there were plenty of calls to check that everything was running smoothly for me. I'll definitely use them again if I ever move!
