THE WORST STORE to buy.After almost 2 months, did not receive the item.No money refund. After almost 2 months,they asked me for proof from the post office that l did not receive the item.l wouldn.t buy anymore from them.They want to keep the money.

These guys are crooks. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Thay charged my credit card, said they shipped the goods and when they did not arrive refused to reship or credit my card. After 4 months they have refused to respond to my requests. DO NOT SHARE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!

aqui compre un telefono celular en 150 dolares solo duro 12 dias me dias cuando reclame la garanta me dijeron que lo enviara para atras lo envie y hasta ahi supe de mi telefono nunca mas obtuve respuestas ni del telefono ni del dinero lo unicoque decian es que no habia llegado .Previamente me pidieron un video de lo que le pasaba la telefono se los envie mas fotos todo lo que exigieron se los adjunte y aun asi nada NO RECOMIENDO ESTE SITIO A NADIE

I ordered almost $60 worth of stuff in November 2016 and after it didn't arrive 2 months later in Jan 2017 I started contacting the company. They kept telling me it's on the way and to check with post office. I did that a couple of times but post office has no information so there's nothing they can do because they never got the package. All the company keeps telling me is: " Sorry, we have confirmed many times with logistics provider, and they confirmed there was no returned informations and it's on the way to your country, could you please consult with the local post office? " It's been 4 months, the package isn't going to arrive! Either they screwed up or someone lost it or someone stole it. Other companies would refund or resend the package but these guys have horrible customer service and keep blaming me! Will never shop there again!!!

A part not delivered and no refund of the missing items, very bad communication. Not recommended.

I have recently made an order from focalprice, and for shipping I chose 3-5 days, which was fifteen dollars. That was nine days ago, and I still haven't received the package. I went on their website to see if I could contact them in any way, but it always led me to another link to a website that doesn't exist. For example, I wanted to do the live chat to tell them in real time that I wanted a refund for the shipping, but when I clicked on the link it brought me to a "404 site not found" page. This site might be a scam, but I don't know.

Can't seem to get anywhere refarding where my items are, if you haven't already don't use this service

J'ai commandé par C DISCOUNT un téléphone portable pour au final découvrir après 4 semaines que je ne serai jamais livré; Aucune info du service client, pas de réponse à mes msg. Remboursement??? Idem pour Cdiscount avec je commandais régulièrement qui ferait mieux de sélectionner ses fournisseurs et surtout mettre en place un vrai service client avec qui ont peu communiquer!!! Désormais bonjour les autres sites marchant; adieu CDISCOUNT!!

Pratique des prix hard discount sur Cdiscount pour séduire, mais ne livre pas le produit. 4 semaines de délai pour finalement me dire que l'objet est perdu. Je les soupçonne de faire de la trésorerie, de travailler avec notre argent. Le remboursement est laborieux, j'attends toujours...
