Please avoid this chinese company. I bought an IPPO tablet from them, but got a tablet with lower specifications instead. Their website said the tablet is dual core 1.5Ghz. I got dual core 1032 Mhz. Its rear camera was supposed to be 1.3 mega pixel. I got rear camera 0.3 mega pixels. The tablet's Screen Resolution should have been 1024 x 600. I got 800 x 430. I could have bought a cheaper tablet in the UK with those specs. Also, the tablet's AC adapter stopped working within a month. There is no warranty on goods from China. I posted a bad review on their website which was of course rejected. They only post good reviews on their website. They also stall you with messages asking you to send photos. Then messages asking you to send videos. They refused a refund even after I send them photos and videos of the product. They stall until the paypal dispute time passes. Please avoid!

Great shopping. I very like an option to buy more things for lower money. I bought things plenty of times and I had just one problem with ones USB sticks. They were not coming and after some time they sent me an email that thay don't have the color I wanted.

My shopping experience has been good so far. The website provided me absolute value for money. It's a haven for electronic products.

“Horrible company. Deals to good to be true. I placed an order and then messaged 3x to cancel before it was packed to ship out. Per company policy I should've received a refund but 2 of the replies were dodging the request by requesting further info to better assist me and one message said the products ad been shipped and gave me an invalid tracking number. I've now messaged 5x and I'm still waiting for a response to my dispute on requesting order cancellation/refund in sufficient time. No toll free customer service number, live chat doesn't work and legal email instructs customers not to send emails about their orders, which screams volumes! STAY AWAY FROM FOCALPRICE! FPTZA6J360R5

Soy de Venezuela y conocí esta tienda leyendo es post de personas que ya habían comprado artículos...! Y al decidirme por ellos lo principal fué que no confiaron en los datos suministrados y me obligaron a enviarle escaneo de los documento de compra como Tarjeta de Crédito, Cédula de Identidad del Tarjeta-habiente y un formulario llenado a mano, cosa que retraso 7 días en enviarme mi pedido que aun espero desde el 15 de enero. Espero mejoren eso y la capacidad de rastrear en tiempo real los productos...! Mucho Éxito a esta empresa que se que será aun mejor en apenas estos 4 años que lleva...! Y Pidiéndole a Dios que todo me llegue.
